Benjamin Franklin plumbing, and my tech was Eric Charon. First of all, they were very fast to come out. Eric was awesome; he helped me lay out the whole tank and marked it because I had no clue where it was. He told me exactly what to expect and how it was going to be done. Eric was very friendly and professional in his time with me. Overall, I am very pleased with the service and price. I can’t say enough good things about Eric and Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, other than that I know I found a company to help me out with plumbing. Definitely recommend this company!
I cannot express how grateful I am for Ben Franklin Plumbing. My dad’s water heater pilot would not light, and the tech came and told us the vent was condensing water and causing the firebox to be wet. He fixed it within an hour, and the charge was extremely awesome considering the timeline they completed the job.
